How do I play?
Drag a piece onto the piece next to it, or tap one piece and then its neighbor, to swap them. Line up three or more of the same color in a row or a column and they pop. New pieces fall in from the top, and if they line up too, you get a chain.
What are the two modes?
LEVELS is a set of 300 levels, each with a goal and a limited number of moves. ENDLESS has no move limit: you play for the highest score until the energy bar runs out.
How do levels and stars work?
The panel above the board shows what to collect: a number of pieces of certain colors and, on some levels, all the stones. Finish the goal before you run out of moves and you pass. The more moves you have left, the more stars you earn (up to three). The next level opens when you pass the current one, and you can replay any passed level for more stars.
How does the energy bar in ENDLESS work?
The bar under the board drains while you are thinking, and every piece you pop refills it a little. It does not drain while pieces are popping and falling. The higher your score, the faster it drains. When it is empty, the game is over.
What do the special pieces do?
Match four in a row to make a rocket: it clears a whole row or column when you match it with its own color. Match an L or a T shape to make a bomb: swap it with any neighbor to blow up the pieces around it. Match five in a row to make a rainbow ball: swap it with a piece to clear every piece of that color. A long L or T, or four chains in one move, also gives you a rainbow ball.
What are the stones?
Stones can’t be moved and don’t match anything. Make a match right next to a stone, or hit it with a rocket or a bomb, and it breaks.
What if there are no moves left on the board?
The game shuffles the board for you.
Is my progress saved?
Yes. Your level progress, stars, best score and settings are stored on your device automatically. Deleting the app erases them. You can also reset your progress in Settings.
How do I turn off the sound or vibration?
Open SETTINGS from the main menu. There you can toggle Sound, Vibration, Hints and 3D Motion, and pick one of eight color themes.
