Left thumb steers: drag to set a course, and how far you drag is your throttle. A ship only turns while it is moving — a stopped ship cannot spin on the spot. Right thumb aims the turret and holds the trigger. The two buttons on the right fire torpedoes and missiles at the nearest enemy; both have long cooldowns, so each launch should be a decision, not a reflex.

Coins are added as soon as Apple confirms the purchase. If your payment went through but the coins did not appear, restart the game while connected to the internet — the app re-checks pending purchases on launch. If they are still missing, email us with the date of the purchase and we will sort it out.
Online play requires Game Center; the game will ask you to sign in the first time you tap ONLINE. If no other players are searching, the empty seats are filled by bots so that the battle always starts — in that case the match does not affect your online rank, and the results screen says so. The offline modes never require Game Center or an internet connection.
No, and this is deliberate. In online matches every ship on the map is of the same class, because matchmaking is split by class — a battleship only ever meets other battleships. Buying a bigger ship gives you a different role, not an advantage.
