Blockwell (“the app”, “we”) is a single-player puzzle game published by Khomeriki Games. We designed Blockwell to respect your privacy completely.
Blockwell is published by Khomeriki Games, the sole trader business of Amiran Khomeriki, based in Tbilisi, Georgia. Khomeriki Games is the data controller for the purposes of the GDPR. You can reach us at the email address at the bottom of this page.
None. Blockwell does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data. The app has no user accounts, no sign-up and no login. We operate no servers, and we receive nothing from the app.
Your scores, statistics, settings and the optional short nickname you may type for your own score table are saved only on your own device, in the app’s local storage. This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or anyone else. The nickname is never transmitted anywhere; it exists so that your own high-score list looks personal. Deleting the app removes all of it.
This version of Blockwell contains no networking code. It does not connect to the internet, use analytics, or include advertising.
Blockwell is distributed through Apple’s App Store, and the download itself is handled by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy, not by us. If you have switched on “Share With App Developers” in iOS Settings (Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements), Apple may pass us crash reports and aggregate usage statistics for the app. These reach us already anonymised and combined across many devices. They do not identify you, and we cannot link them back to any person. You can switch this off at any time in the same iOS setting.
This version integrates no third-party SDKs, analytics or advertising networks. Apart from Apple’s own App Store distribution described above, no company receives any data from Blockwell.
For as long as you keep the app installed, and no longer. Deleting Blockwell removes its saved data from your device. If you use iCloud Backup, a copy may remain inside your own iCloud backup until that backup is replaced or deleted. That backup belongs to you, and we have no access to it.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing on our side to look up, correct, export or erase. Your data stays in your hands: you can see it in the app, reset your statistics in the app’s settings, and erase everything by deleting the app.
If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR still gives you the right to ask what we hold about you, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. Write to us and we will answer within one month. Residents of California have equivalent rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete. We do not sell or share personal information, and we never have.
Blockwell is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. Because the app collects nothing at all, no parental consent is required under the GDPR or COPPA.
If we add features that change how data is handled, for example an online leaderboard or advertising in a future update, we will publish the updated policy on this page before that version is released, and the date at the top will change.
